THE PLANET SPECIFIC VERTICAL ZODIAC (PSVZ)

I have yet another idea for dealing with declinations. This method totally bypasses solar longitude equivalents. I call it the

Planet Specific Vertical Zodiac.

Planets' declinations only go ez or oob (out of bound), because we relate planetary declinations to solar declinations. When using the PSVZ this is not necessary. Let me explain:

Every planet constantly swings back and forth between its own maximum N and S declinations. I call these the planet's major declinations.

Here are the MAJOR maximum declinations for the outer planets and Chiron for the major part of last century well into this century:
